Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Each order is made specifically for you, with personalized details, names, and design elements that cannot be resold or reused.

You will receive a digital proof for review and approval before printing and production. Please check all details carefully, including spelling, dates, and addresses. Once your proof is approved, your order will move into print and cannot be changed or canceled.

We take great care to ensure accuracy and quality at every stage. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error that differs from your approved proof, please contact us within 3 business days so we can make it right.
